Why Miko Pro exists

Miko Pro was founded on a simple premise: recruitment should be a partnership, not a transaction. Our founders had spent years working within traditional recruitment agencies and had become increasingly frustrated with an industry that seemed to prioritise speed over quality and volume over fit.

We'd seen too many candidates pushed into roles that weren't right for them. Too many clients sent CVs that didn't match the brief. Too many agencies disappearing once the fee was secured. We knew there had to be a better way.

So we set out to build it. A recruitment partner that takes the time to understand your business before sourcing a single candidate. That measures success by retention and impact, not just fill rate. That treats every placement as the start of a relationship, not the end of a transaction.
