Who we are

Miko Pro was founded on a simple principle: recruitment should be built on relationships, not transactions.

We started because we'd seen too many agencies treat hiring as a numbers game — blasting CVs, chasing fees, moving on. We wanted to do the opposite. Every brief we take on gets proper attention. We learn the business, the culture, the team dynamics, and what success genuinely looks like in the role.
